The Mountain T.O.P. (Tennessee Outreach Project) mission is based in the Cumberland Mountains of Tennessee and is designed so that youth from across the U.S. can come together and help low-income families. St. Paul’s made its first trip to Mountain T.O.P. in 1998. Since then, the trip has become the highlight of the year for many of our young people. At Mountain T.O.P., students are assigned to small work groups that include youth from all over the country. Over the years, St. Paul’s youth have built ramps, fixed roofs, picked up trash, and fostered long-lasting relationships with the community in Tennessee.
Rosebud Indian Reservation
Every fall, St. Paul’s collects new and gently used winter coats, hats, scarves, mittens, and gloves for children on the Rosebud Indian Reservation in South Dakota, home of the Sicangu Sioux, one of the seven tribes of the Lakota nation.
