St. Paul’s United Methodist Church and Wesley Foundation is located at 250 East College Avenue in the heart of downtown State College, bordering the main campus of the Pennsylvania State University.

Since 1888, the congregation of St. Paul’s has been committed to ministry at this strategic location with students and permanent residents alike. Steeped in a rich heritage of classical worship, St. Paul’s also incarnates the outreaching spirit that is typical of the people of the United Methodist Church. In the name of Jesus, the congregation of St. Paul’s is eager to nurture a generation of Christian leaders for the 21st century.
