back to Children's Ministries... COMFORTABLE WITH KIDS AT ST. PAUL'S St. Pauls warmly welcomes children into church life. In addition to our many children's programs, we provide the following facilities to make life with kids more comfortable. Child Care: Nursery care is available in Room 106 Education Building on Sunday mornings at 9:15 am and 10:45 worship. Silent pagers are available to alert parents in case of need. Childcare is provided at no cost (by reservation) for many other church functions. Diaper Changing: In the Church Building, both restrooms by the social Room have diaper changing facilities. In the Education Building, all 1st floor classrooms have changing tables (and wipes). If you need a diaper, please ask at the Nursery, Rm. 106 Ed. Building. Restrooms: In the church Building, restrooms are near the Social Room (1st floor), in the Parlor (2nd floor) and in the office in the Asbury Rm (3rd floor). In the Education Bldg. restrooms are in all classrooms on the 1st floor and in the hall by the main stairs on the 2nd/3rd floors. Nursing: In the Church Building, the Office Parlor offers comfortable chairs and a relatively quiet space connected to the sound system so the service can be followed. In the Education Bldg, Rm. 109 is unused on Sundays, and offers a space with rockers. Cry Room: St. Paul's does not have a cry room, but the Parlor, Narthex (College Ave. Entrance) and lobby areas offer calming spaces to soothe infants. First Aid Kits: In the Church Building, kits are located in the Office and in the Kitchen adjacent to the Social Room, In the Education Building, kits are located in each classroom and in the 2nd floor supply closet. Children's worship materials: Coloring pages, crayons, books, and children's
worship bulletins are available at the rear of the church on the main
level and in the Calder Way entrance to the balcony. Allergies: If your child has specific allery concerns, please contact the Coordinator of Children's Ministries . We make stringent efforts to avoid all peanut products in Children's Ministry Programs, but all other church programs should not be considered peanut-free. Kids With Special Needs: If your child needs special accommodations to participate in a children's program, please contact the Coordinator of Children's Ministries so we can arrange for a "Special Angel " to work one-on-one with your child. Stroller/Wheelchair Access/ Elevators: An elevator in the Calder Way entrance gives access to all three floors in the Church Building. A lift to the Social Room level is also available. There is not an elevator in the Education Building. The Calder Way entrance provides street level access to the first floor. Handicapped Parking: On Sunday mornings, the parking spaces on Calder
Way by the Education Building and on McAllister Street by the Church Building
are designated as handicapped spaces.
